EC DG MARE spoke on a Panel about EMODnet’s active role in connecting with the ocean observation and wider data collection communities to optimize field (in situ) marine data submissions to EMODnet, to further diversify and expand EMODnet’s marine data services for users. In the EOOS framework, EMODnet experts contribute to a number of EOOS governance committees and groups.
