The proposed amendment to the legislation aims to update and harmonise the EMA fees. The new legal document will introduce updated fee structures, along with simplified fee incentives to enhance regulatory flexibility and transparency.

To support and inform the veterinary industry, the Agency is hosting a webinar on 20 June 2024 to present the changes foreseen by the legal text and their impact on the veterinary pharmaceutical industry.
