The European Commission has lunached the final Capacity Building Call under the Interregional Innovation Investments (I3) Instrument—Strand 2b—on 23 October 2025. Deadline is set for 19 March 2026.
Strand 2b strengthens regional innovation ecosystems, building capacity for interregional business cases.
This call aims to enhance the capacity of regional innovation ecosystems in less developed EU regions to engage in interregional collaboration and strengthen their participation in EU value chains.
