European Commission provides €1.5 billion in additional aid to Ukraine

The EU has provided €1.5 billion to help Ukraine cover its immediate financing needs, through stable, predictable and significant financial support in 2023. With this payment, Ukraine has received €15 billion this year in macro-financial assistance.

European Commission to provide €72.5 million in financial support to Moldova by the end of October 2023

The Commission will provide €72.5 million in financial support to Moldova, as part of the ongoing macro-financial assistance operation for the country. Moldova has already received a loan of €50 million euros, and an additional payment of 22.5 million euros in grants will follow by the end of the month.
