International Day for Digital Learning

date:  21/03/2024

March 19 is the International Day for Digital Learning, a UNESCO initiative that was celebrated this year for the very first time.

Two weeks ago, we asked you – the Hub community members – about your experiences with digital education. More than 100 of you responded to the poll about what you have done during the last year. The most popular activity was Participated in virtual workshops or webinars to enhance personal or professional skills (89), followed by Created digital educational content or resources, such as e-books, online courses, or educational videos (66), Engaged in a collaborative online learning project with participants from different locations (63) and Completed an online course (e.g., a MOOC on platforms like Coursera, FutureLearn, or Udemy) (63).

Several of you also followed up with nice messages commenting on the posts. See the conversation and the poll here.

Thank you all for engaging on the Hub, happy International Day for Digital Learning. And keep learning!
