eDelivery's second public consultation is underway! Share your feedback on the updated eDelivery AS4 and SMP 2.0 draft profile specifications and the new eDelivery BDXL and ebCore Party Id 2.0 ones. Make sure to respond before the end of the consultation on Monday, 8 April 2024.

Join us to test your implementation of the new eDelivery AS4 profile in a collaborative setting. This remote event, planned for June 2024, invites providers of conformant solutions to be part of shaping an interoperable future.

Save the date for the next eDelivery Interoperability Forum meeting. On 18 April 2024, the eDelivery team will share the outcome of the second public consultation and the new presentation of conformant solutions. The Forum represents a platform for software developers and service providers to engage with the eDelivery team, each other, and representatives of ecosystems based on eDelivery.

The ICN for eDelivery will return for its 10th edition on 15 May 2024. The ICN offers a platform for Member States engaged in the development of national and European ecosystems based on eDelivery to come together and share experiences. Unlike last November, this time the meeting will take place fully remotely.

Save the date for the upcoming SEMIC conference 2024, on 27 June 2024, titled “Interoperable Europe: from Vision to Reality”, in Brussels and online. eDelivery is looking forward to meeting data exchange enthusiasts during the conference and sharing the latest news from the Building Block at its stand.

The high-level event "Boosting the EU Single Market: Towards the Single Digital Gateway 2.0" on 19 March highlighted the importance of digital public services and how they could be further improved. Experts and policymakers had the opportunity to learn about recent developments in eDelivery and other Building Blocks.

In 2024, eDelivery continued its collaboration with software and service providers. In February, eDelivery Interoperability Forum members met to discuss the feedback received during the recent public consultation and the updated versions of the eDelivery AS4 and SMP 2.0 profiles as well as the new eDelivery BDXL and ebCore Party Id 2.0 ones.

The links leading to the websites of eDelivery, OOTS, eID, eSignature, eInvoicing, and EBSI, as well as some of their communities, have been updated. The URL segment "wikis" has been replaced with "sites". Although automatic redirections are in place, it is advisable to update your bookmarks for a smooth browsing experience.

In recent months the eDelivery team was busy bringing significant improvements to the Domibus 5.0.x and 5.1.x product lines. As this work is nearing completion, we would like to share an updated roadmap for Domibus 5.2 and 6.0 and a longer support timeline for Domibus 5.0.x and 5.1.x.

Important changes were made to the emergency patch policy for Domibus. As a result, users are strongly encouraged to align their deployments with the new guidelines by 1 May 2024. By taking action now, users can ensure continued security for their systems.
