The eDelivery team plans an event in June 2024 to test message exchanges among early implementers of the new specifications (details to follow). If you'd like to take part, plan to get your implementation ready as soon as our revised draft specifications are out at the end of January 2024.

The ICN for eDelivery will return for its 10th edition on 15 May 2024. The ICN offers a platform for Member States engaged in the development of national and European ecosystems based on eDelivery to come together and share experiences. Just like last November, the meeting will take place in hybrid format.

As promised, we invite the members of the Interoperability Forum to join us at the end of February for a second round of discussions of the new eDelivery 2.0 specifications, as updated following the first public consultation.

The Forum represents a platform for software developers and service providers to engage with the eDelivery team, each other, and representatives of ecosystems based on eDelivery.

On 12 December 2023 the EU Member States launched the Once-Only Technical System (OOTS), as set out in the Single Digital Gateway Regulation. This new EU-wide technical system will allow Member States to handle cross-border administrative tasks more efficiently.

The eDelivery team is happy to announce the release of DomiSML 4.3! While not a major upgrade, it aligns the product to more recent versions of the supported platforms and brings several new features, improvements, and bug fixes.

As usual, we are concerned by security vulnerabilities that affect the users of eDelivery sample software. This autumn we dealt with the much-mediatised one affecting ActiveMQ, used in some Domibus configurations. If you haven't already taken the recommended measures, we invite you to do so without further delay!

The Domibus 5.1.1 patch was released on 16 November 2023 with several important improvements and bug fixes. Users of Domibus 5.1 are encouraged to upgrade at their earliest convenience.

The eDelivery team extended the support for DomiSML 4.2 until 13 January 2024 to allow all users to comfortably upgrade to DomiSML 4.3.
