Webtools now offers an updated form to help you gather better feedback from your visitors. See our first communication: New Default Feedback Form v2 (DFF v2).

This second communication is to inform you of the following:

• You will not be able to create new DFF v1 forms as of Monday 25 March.
• We encourage you to switch as soon as possible as Webtools will stop maintaining the old DFF v1 by Monday 30 September 2024.
• The Default Feedback Form v2 documentation now includes new information on analysing submissions.
