The production environment will have limited availability on Monday 11 April, between 18:00 and 21:00.

• Prior to the deployment of the latest version to production, your acceptance environment was upgraded on 4 April. You can review the new version of the platform there. Should you detect any issues, please report them to europamanagement@ec.europa.eu.

• During the deployment, a short downtime of between 5 and 10 minutes is expected for each site.

• Due to the batch update procedure, no specific timeline for individual sites can be provided. We recommend that, during this period (18:00 - 21:00), editors refrain from working on their website as they may experience issues while saving data that will result in work being lost.

• After the deployment, our team will run some manual checks. If any issues are detected, we will rollback to the previous version. Please contact europamanagement@ec.europa.eu if you experience any issues after the deployment.
