Europa Component Library - User Research

DG COMM is continuously conducting user research to understand better how people interact with our websites and how employees use the back-end systems. Currently, we are conducting research on how to better structure the Europa Component Library (ECL), and as a potential user, we would like to invite you to take part in this short research.

Our aim is to make the navigation and structure of the ECL more coherent, user-friendly and to better integrate the sub-libraries (such as eUI). We would like to know how the current organisation and structure of the ECL could be improved from your point of view, more precisely where you would look for specific information.

What do you need to do?

Now is the time to make your voice heard by participating in our online tree testing exercise!
In this exercise you will be asked to point to a location in the architecture where you would go to find specific information.
Here is the link to the exercise: https://xmkmgn7k7.optimalworkshop.com/treejack/hs721f3s
This study will take around 15 minutes and we would really appreciate your participation!

And what will happen then?

We will use your anonymous answers from this exercise to see how we can improve the organisation of the ECL.
Have fun and thank you!

If you have any questions, please send an e-mail to europamanagement@ec.europa.eu.
