Global Banner Implementation.

The Global Banner will be implemented at platform level. The deployment date is planned for 28 October as a part of minor release 2.5.142.
All platform websites that have already implemented the Global Banner, will be required to remove the code before deployment to avoid possible display issues. 

We highly recommend that you remove your code in the playground environment and test the platform implementation.
