REMINDER - Upgrade of Europa Analytics on 05 September 2018.

On 23 August 2018, we announced the upgrade of Europa Analytics to Piwki/Matomo version 3.1.1.

This is a reminder that the upgrade will take place starting as of 9am tomorrow 5 September 2018, and it is expected to last 1 working day. During that time you will not be able to access either webanalytics.ec.europa.eu or webanalytics.europa.eu.

However, tracking will continue during the downtime, and tracking logs will be added after the upgrade is completed. Therefore, while there will be no tracking data loss during the upgrade, it might take up to 2 additional working days until the service is completely restored e.g. the tracking backlog is fully up-to-date.

We would also like to remind you that report generation is no longer possible since this morning 9am until approximately close of business Friday 7 September 2018. We will confirm once the upgrade is complete and reports are generated again.
