This is to inform you that in November 2018, DG COMM will be carrying out a satisfaction survey on all Commission-managed websites, in all languages. The survey will be online for approximately 3 weeks. It will be accessed via a pop-up, to be launched centrally. It will ask a similar question to the satisfaction survey carried out in 2014 (see slides 27-31 of the EC-wide top tasks presentation on the IPG).

More details will follow after the summer break, including the exact launch date for the survey.

We kindly ask you not to plan other online surveys during the period this survey is running.
