Reminder of major upgrade

We would like to remind you about the upgrade of our current platform to version 2.5.

The upgrade started on 18th of June.

You can find the planned date for the upgrade of your project in the planning dashboard. In case you don’t find the planned date, please request a suggested new date by replying to this email.

The platform version 2.5 is a major release that requires your developers or maintenance team to prepare the upgrade. You can find more details in NextEuropa Core platform upgrades.

To help you, we have provided a preview environment (playground) that has received the upgrade.

You can find a link to the playground environment in the planning dashboard. Here you can check if your project requires further fixes before upgrading the playground or production environment.
 

We recommend keeping the validation period between playground and production as short as possible, therefore please make extensive use of this preview environment to validate and/or prepare the platform upgrade.

Do not hesitate to comment in the JIRA ticket, which can be found in the planning dashboard.
