Scheduled deployment of the Next Europa IT Platform version 2.4.121
 

Dear Next Europa/Multisite Drupal users,
 

The production environment will have limited availability on Thursday, 17 May, between 17:00 and 21:00 (CET).

• Before the deployment of the latest version of the production environment, a playground environment was released on 8 May. You can review changes to the release here. Should you detect any issues, please report them to CEM.
• During the deployment, both the production and playground environments will be offline for a short period. This is expected to be 5-10 minutes for each site.
• Due to the update procedure, no specific timeline for individual sites can be provided. We recommend that during this period (18:00 – 21:00), editors refrain from working on their website as they may experience issues that will result in work being lost.
• After the deployment our team will run some manual checks. If any issues are detected we will revert to the previous version. Please contact support if you experience any issues.
