Scheduled deployment of the Next Europa IT Platform versions  2.2.193, 2.3.91 and 2.4.68
 

Dear Next Europa/Multisite Drupal users,
 

The production environment will have limited availability on Tuesday, 23 January, between 18:00-21:00.

More details on the changes can be found in the  release notes attached to this email.

• Prior to deployment of latest version (2.2.193, 2.3.91 or 2.4.68) to production, a playground environment was released on 19 January where you can review the release. Should you detect any issues, please report it to CEM.
• During the deployment, a short downtime is expected for each site in the range of 5-10 minutes for each site. Due to the batch update procedure, no specific timeline for individual sites can be provided. We recommend that editors during this period (18:00 – 21:00) refrain from working on their website as they may experience issues while saving DATA which will result in work being lost.
• After the deployment our team will run some manual checks. If any issues are detected we will roll-back the deployment to the previous version. Please contact support if you experience any issues after the deployment.
