Short downtime expected for each site during this period time frame (in the range of 2-10 minutes for each site). Due to the batch update procedure, no specific timeline for individual sites can be provided. We recommend that editors during this period refrain from working on the site (insert/edit content) as they might experience issues while saving (if they try to save exactly during those 2-10 minutes, their work might get lost). If it is mandatory for editors to work, we recommend that they save often their work in order to limit the size of the possible work lost;
After the deployment our team will run a manual check to see eventual problems on a few selected sites and the availability monitoring will indicate eventual issues with sites not working. In case of problems we will roll-back the deployment to the previous version. In case issues are detected in the following days by the site owners we ask them to inform our support.
Best regards,
The Next Europa IT Platform Team.
