A new version of the Europa Web Publishing Platform will be deployed from Wednesday 31 January to Friday 2 February 2024.

Please consult the list of websites affected on each day in this PDF. If the timing is not appropriate for your website, please contact COMM EUROPA MANGEMENT (Europa Web Communication) as soon as possible.

If you are working with a live or pre-production site, it will be impacted by this planned upgrade:

·     Your website will be unavailable to editors between 30 and 120 minutes

·     A varnish cache is foreseen to keep the frontend online for visitors

·     After the deployment, our team will run some manual checks. If any issues are detected, we will roll-back to the previous version

Prior to the deployment of the latest version to production, your acceptance environment has already been upgraded. You can review the new version of the platform there.

If you detect any issues in acceptance before the release, or after your (pre-) production site has been updated, please report them to COMM EUROPA MANAGEMENT (Europa Web Communication)
