New contact procedure for CEM

Following the example of the EC Helpdesk IT, COMM Europa Management (CEM) is migrating its ticketing system to Service-Now (SN).
Starting on Thursday 1 February, we ask you to please contact us via the Europa Web Communication form (https://digit.service-now.com/esc?id=emp_taxonomy_topic&topic_id=e2bcc0f38721fd50dd76873e8bbb35da) for all your requests and incidents.
This new system will also allow you to:
- easily follow all of your tickets (https://digit.service-now.com/esc?id=my_requests)
- accept (or reject) our solutions
- take a short survey about our services
Of course for an urgent request, you can always call 97969.
