We remind you that your web projects must be updated and submitted in the Europa Activity Report tool by Monday 15 January 2024 at the latest.  
Please keep in mind the following: 

• If you need to add a new user to the tool, please first ask that person to access the inventory tool: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/fpfis/panel/. This will automatically create the user in the system and grant them a basic user role. After that, you can contact europamanagement@ec.europa.eu to upgrade that user to a DG Responsible / DG Member role as needed. 
• For the number of visits, you should enter only “page views” coming from Europa Analytics. 
• If you see offline/archived projects from 2022 in your list, please submit them too.
• Following many cloud migrations with subsequent URL changes, please remember to update URLs, if needed.
