Scheduled deployment of release 2.6.13

The production environment will have limited availability on Monday 15 March, between 18.00 and 21.00.

• Prior to the deployment of the latest version to production, your acceptance environment will be upgraded on 10 March (15.00). You can review the new version of the platform there. Should you detect any issues, please report them to europamanagement@ec.europa.eu.

• During the deployment, a short downtime of between 5 and 10 minutes is expected for each site.

• Due to the batch update procedure, no specific timeline for individual sites can be provided. We recommend that, during this period (18.00 - 21.00), editors refrain from working on their website as they may experience issues while saving data that will result in work being lost.

• After the deployment, our team will run some manual checks. If any issues are detected, we will rollback to the previous version. Please contact europamanagement@ec.europa.eu if you experience any issues after the deployment.
