Recovery of the access from the Internet to the CMS (UPDATE)

Please see the update to the previous newsletter (30/04/2020) with regards to 2FA (two-factor authentication).

DIGIT has added the new role "User Management" and you are now required to carry out the following.

1. Site owners are required to add themselves and/or colleagues to the "User Management" role which grants permissions to assign roles to users and block/unblock.  The deadline for completing this task is 18/05/2020 EOB.
2. Internet access to your sites will be reactivated on the 20/05/2020.  If you have not completed this task by the deadline you will need to contact europamanagement@ec.europa.eu who will add the user you have allocated for the User Management role.
