Scheduled deployment of the Next Europa IT Platform, release 2.5.142

The production environment will have limited availability on Monday 28 October, between 18:00 and 21:00.

• prior to the deployment of the latest version to production, a playground environment will be released on October 24 (14:00 - 17:00),  where you can review the release. Should you detect any issues, please report them to europamanagement@ec.europa.eu

• during the deployment, a short downtime of between 5 and 10 minutes is expected for each site

• due to the batch update procedure, no specific timeline for individual sites can be provided. We recommend that during this period (18:00 - 21:00), editors refrain from working on their website as they may experience issues while saving data that will result in work being lost.

• after the deployment our team will run some manual checks. If any issues are detected we will roll- back the deployment to the previous version. Please contact europamanagement@ec.europa.eu if you experience any issues after the deployment.
