Security updates in the data centre

In order to mitigate a security risk, we will update several servers to the latest recommended security patch.

Though the intervention is scheduled for several hours, your application will be unavailable only during the server restart. However, due to the scale of the intervention, the data centre cannot provide an exact timing for each of the servers.

When the servers restart, both the frontend and backend of your website will be unavailable for a few minutes.

You can expect a short downtime of your website during one of these timeframes:

• From Monday, June 18, 2018 at 20:00 to Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 02:00.
• From Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 20:00 to Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 02:00.
• From Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 20:00 to Friday, June 22, 2018 at 02:00.

We strongly recommend that you avoid using the backend during these time periods. This is because there is a small risk you may lose the data you enter. If you need to update your website during these times, please check to make sure any data you input appears online afterwards. If it does not, you may need to re-enter it.
