Dear CWCM users,

Since the upgrade of our application last week end, we would like to add the following information.

1. A "logoff / logon" of your computer is required since Monday morning for the two virtualised accesses (Internet Explorer [V] [Java 7.65] and Mozilla Firefox [V] [Java 7.65] ) to appear in your windows start menu.

2. In the login process for the virtualized application

- Java authentication : type your login and internet password. As to access CWCM. These are proxy settings.

- if the first login , you need to allow the Documentum application. Click "allow" and "run" in the following screens.

Click "run"

Click "Allow"

- To install the plugin (WdkPluginCab.htm) hereafter. You will be prompted for Administrator rights. Call your local helpdesk to install it ( ITIC at phone number 77777)

Important : If you do not need to use the CWCM right now, do not call the central helpdesk to install the plugin. DIGIT will deploy the plugin centrally on your computer in the very next days.
