The European Commission will soon publish a call for proposals under the Digital Europe Programme to further support the EBSI initiative.

This call for proposals aims to accelerate the uptake of blockchain in Europe by supporting the enhancement of EBSI. This includes the reinforcement of EBSI's infrastructure, the deployment and evolution of the EBP use cases and the standardisation of blockchain specifications. 

The indicative launch date for the call is 22 February 2022.
