In 2020, EBSI will start to deploy a network of distributed blockchain nodes across Europe, supporting applications focused on selected use cases. The testing phase will be launched at the beginning of 2020. Countries of the European Blockchain Partnership are invited to participate in this important phase of EBSI by hosting nodes and testing applications. This is a major step reinforcing cooperation in the development and deployment of EBSI.  The process of identification and assessment of new use cases for EBSI is on-going together with the consultation on policy priorities on blockchain technologies for 2020-2021. The new use case will be selected in February at the next EBP meeting.
