At a packed opening ceremony, the Commission's Director for Digital Serivces Emanuele Baldacci and CEF Building Blocks programme manager Dietmar Gattwinkel announced the opening of our challenge for digital SMEs and startups, where the best submitted projects stand to win €50 000 (first place), €20 000 (second place) and €10 000 (third place).
