We have had an action-packed start to 2023 with our first ‘hands-on’ eDelivery webinar and third OOTS Implementers’ Café on eID and the Projectathon registration process. These interactive events have provided useful information to the national teams working on implementing the Once-Only Technical System by December 2023.

This year offers further installments in the Implementers’ Café series, which explore thematic topics related to the Once-Only Technical System. The Cafés also include practical information relating to the 2023 OOTS Projectathons – large-scale testing sessions that pave the way towards the ‘go-live’.

Access the OOTS Catalogue of reusable services on the Once-Only Hub

The Commission and Member States have published a catalogue of reusable services to implement the Once-Only Technical System. Reusable solutions mean development teams save time and resources. This catalogue includes reusable services and solutions for eDelivery, eID, Common Services, Testing services and other additional services. The first version of the catalogue is available now.

Open protocol used in Once-Only Technical System becomes ISO standard

The ISO has adopted the technical specification used by the Once-Only Technical System for evidence location and evidence exchange as an ISO standard.

Cross-border authentication and Projectathon registration – key takeaways from #3 OOTS Implementers’ Café

This interactive event provided participants with useful information about the reuse of eIDAS eID. It was also a great opportunity for participants to prepare their participation in the 2023 OOTS Projectathon series, specifically how to register.

Once-Only Technical System: Commission organises hands-on webinar on eDelivery

eDelivery provides technical specifications and standards, installable software and ancillary services to allow projects to create a network of nodes for secure digital data exchange. By building with eDelivery, public and private organisations from different sectors can easily create a safe and interoperable channel to transfer documents and data among each other over a public or private network.

Implementers Café #4: The ‘Once-Only' preview area and projectathon preparation, 21 February 2023

The fourth OOTS Implementers Café will provide participants with useful information about the ‘preview area’ of the Once-Only Technical System. It is essential that the citizen or business requesting the exchange of data can provide adequate consent. This means having the possibility to preview the evidence before it is exchanged. This event will also be a timely opportunity to learn more about how to prepare for the first of the 2023 OOTS Projectathons, taking place 19-21 April.
