Hello!

In this edition, we present our latest Success Story on how CEF helps Vienna continue to lead the way as a Smart City. We also see that Building Block reuse increased by 15% according to the latest quarterly monitoring figures (we've also revamped a little how you can access information on how and where the Building Blocks are being reused). Finally, don't miss how Finland set a record for machine translation during an EU Council presidency and some technical updates from eInvoicing.

We would also like to remind you that 28 February 2020 is the deadline to apply for the Digital Innovation Challenge! This challenge invites SMEs and startups to propose innovative services and solutions based on open and reusable CEF Building Blocks and ISA² solutions. SMEs and startups can win €50 000 (first place), €20 000 (second place) and €10 000 (third place). If you missed our recent Challenge Info Session, we've published the slides on the Challenge website.

As ever, it is your stories that really demonstrate how - together - we're interconnecting Europe's digital ecosystem. So let us know what you've been doing to connect Europe!

Kind regards,

The CEF Digital team
