DG TAXUD's ICS2 will use eDelivery to provide a single, harmonised trader interface (STI) with customs authorities. The system is expected to generate over 1.5 billion exchanges per year and will be extensively used by economic operators bringing goods to the EU.

She has a background in international criminal law and human rights. She has recently deviated from her legal career to pursue her newly-found interest in digital innovation and its potential within the public sector.
Robert comes from Gdansk in Poland. He is father of two sons. He is responsible for the EBSI team in DG DIGIT and coordinates all the other teams involved in the project. He is a highly competent specialist who brings new ideas, creativity, and a hard-working attitude to the team. Driven by passion, Robert has committed over two decades to the field of Informatics and has been involved in several initiatives that refined his current expertise.
An Irish national, Margaret moved to Brussels in 2007 to pursue a career supporting innovation and entrepreneurship in Europe. She supports the EBSI policy team in DG CNECT. She is passionate about bringing actors from diverse backgrounds together to co-create novel solutions to real-world problems, and to ensure that scientific breakthroughs develop into innovations that future proof our industrial and social fabric, and preserve our physical environment, for generations to come.
