On 18 November 2021, the EBSI team organised a webinar to support the Early Adopters in the WCT service.

On 22 November 2021, the EBSI technical office released v2.0.0-rc.9 to the pre-production environment. This version adds minor upgrades to the core services.

The team has also updated the documentation for wallet providers interested in testing the conformance of their wallet with EBSI.

The Security and DevOps teams completed several key security guideline documents. In addition, the Diploma domain experts delivered several long JSON schemas updates to the Early Adopters. JSON schemas define the verifiable credential and verifiable presentation in detail. The security guidelines documents and JSON schema updates will have a direct impact on the Multi-university pilot projects, use cases and EBSI priority capabilities. 

The technical team also finalised the infrastructure hardening track after a second test iteration in November 2021. The infrastructure is now more robust than ever.

The technical team is currently working on a collection of custom security benchmarks and testing tools. Soon, the team will make these benchmarks and tools available to the node operators to help them further improve the security of their nodes.
