Support for the PEPPOL AS4 profile mandatory in the PEPPOL eDelivery Network from 1 February 2020

On 13 February 2019, the PEPPOL Authorities within OpenPEPPOL decided to make support for the PEPPOL AS4 profile mandatory in the PEPPOL eDelivery Network.
