Hello everyone, 

We are delighted to bring you the latest CEF Building Block Bulletin. 

This month, the Commission adopted the 2019 CEF Telecom Work Programme including grants for eDelivery (€1 million), eID (€4.5 million), eInvoicing (€6.2 million), eSignature (€0.5 million) & eTranslation (€4 million). This Work Programme also includes a new Building Block: Blockchain.

Additionally, this edition includes a story on how eDelivery is helping Europe reduce crime and terrorism and presents the new CEF Monitoring Guidebook.

Finally, the Commission intends to publish version 2.0 of the CEF eInvoicing Electronic Address Scheme (EAS) code list. If you wish to have new codes added - or any other changes made - in this (2.0) update, please submit them before 1 March 2019.
