ECCC Governing Board and the Network of National Coordination Centres met in Warsaw, Poland

On 8-9 April, the ECCC Governing Board held its 12th meeting, following the networking day of the National Coordination Centres (NCCs) in Warsaw, under the auspices of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union. During these days, the ECCC Governing Board held a joint session with the Management Board of the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA).

Commission opened consultation on revising EU Cybersecurity Act

The Commission seeks input to evaluate and revise the 2019 Cybersecurity Act. This initiative reflects the Commission’s ongoing commitment to simplifying rules. Interested parties are invited to give their views on the Have Your Say portal and the EU Survey until 20 June.

Commission seeks contributions to enhance cybersecurity for hospitals and healthcare providers

The Commission has launched a consultation on the Action Plan for the cybersecurity of hospitals and healthcare providers. The results will further contribute to the recommendations that the Commission plans to present by the end of the year. The deadline for contributions is 30 June 2025.

The Commission will allocate €1.3 billion for the deployment of critical technologies that are strategically important for the future of Europe and the continent's tech sovereignty through the Digital Europe Programme (DIGITAL) work programme for 2025 to 2027 adopted on 28 March 2025.
