The Executive Director of ECCC, Luca Tagliaretti, officially started his mandate on 1 February, in Bucharest, Romania. He will lead the Centre for four years as per Regulation (EU) 2021/887. Luca took over his duties from Miguel González Sancho, who has been acting as Interim Executive Director since September 2021 on behalf of the European Commission.
