Kiek saugūs uroginekologinėje chirurgijoje naudojami chirurginiai tinkleliai?

Chirurginių tinklelių naudojimas uroginekologinėje chirurgijoje tampa vis įprastesnis, tačiau vis dažniau pranešama ir apie su jų naudojimu susijusį nepageidaujamą poveikį, pvz., infekcijas, audinio eroziją, tinklelio atsidengimą, tinklelio susitraukimą, skausmą ir lytinės funkcijos sutrikimą.  Todėl Europos Komisija savo nepriklausomo Atsirandančių ir nustatomų naujų pavojų sveikatai mokslinio komiteto (SCENIHR) paprašė įvertinti pavojus sveikatai, susijusius su chirurginių tinklelių naudojimu.

SCENIHR persvarstė įvairias dubens dugno sutrikimų gydymo galimybes išnagrinėjęs naujausią mokslinę literatūr [...]
