This report presents the main territorial impacts of the implementation of the Inner Scandinavian INTERREG-A Sweden-Norway sub-programme in the past couple of decades.
It is the first study in which a Territorial Impact Assessment TIA methodology was applied to an EU Cross-Border Cooperation programme (INTERREG-A).
