Yesterday the EC has published the “Questions and Answers: coordinated plan for Artificial Intelligence made in Europe“ [15].

The tools described in this block describes some possible solutions for improving cybersecurity of EU citizens. Reader should take into account the fact that the future
elections will probably change the structure of the European Parliament and possibly turn EU direction in uncharted water. Current EU MPs have enough time to pass procedure for
generating regulation documents with elements mentioned in block 7 to protect their heritage and regulation adopted during their mandate. It would protect EU citizens from
acting based on falsified documentation by foreign AI or false statements presented which caused Brexit.

The foundation of mathematics is logic. This is an eleventh block in this blockchain written in an effort to explain elements and logic used in previous blocks.
