UPDATE: Kindly note that the spaces available for physically attending the workshop have been covered.

In a workshop planned for the 13th of December, the AI HLEG will meet again in order to advance on the draft AI Ethics Guidelines and the Policy & Investment Recommendations. The workshop will also serve as a means to discuss the main themes addressed in the deliverables and to gather preliminary feedback thereon from the workshop participants.

As there documents are now increasingly taking shape, besides the AI HLEG experts, observers, and reserve list participants, the workshop will also count on the participation of a number of ad hoc experts.

Considering the interest demonstrated as well as the need to integrate the views of interested stakeholders in this process, members of the AI Alliance are invited to attend this meeting in one of the following two modalities:

1. Attend the meeting online through the live webstream on the AI Alliance platform: more information on the webstream and possibility to send comments live will be available soon.

2. Attend the meeting physically in Brussels: a limited number of spaces for ad hoc experts are still available.

Experts of the AI Alliance who are able and interested to join the workshop physically in Brussels are invited to send their request for participation to the following e-mail: CNECT-HLG-AI@ec.europa.eu by Friday 18.00 CET the latest.

Spaces will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis until filled. Participants will be informed on the status of their request by e-mail.
