AN EU consolidated electronic list concerning persons
and entities subject to EU financial sanctions
Background information Day-to-day use DBMS use

On the DG relex website, you have 2 ways of working with the XML files :

  • Download
  • View
  1. DOWNLOAD
  2. As explained in Technology information 2, you can download the 3 files in order to save them on your computer.

You will download the PRIMARY PRODUCTS (data with all the XML tags visible) and it will be up to you to shape these data following your own requirements.

You can use EXCEL or another data management system (like Access, ...). See How to use Excel section? (for the general public) or see DBMS use section (for the IT expert).

  3. VIEW
  4. For those who cannot work with these XML files through EXCEL, you can always view them in a more friendly environment through the DG Relex website.

An XSLT template transforms the XML tags in a more legible view: Alphabetical view and detail records. You can also perform a print and a search of data. This interface is compatible with the latest Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers.

BUT you cannot download the XSL template (as it is on the server side). It is out of your reach.
