The joint forest sector questionnaire (JFSQ) is an initiative of the International Tropical Timber Organization (ITTO), the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and Eurostat to collect statistics on the world timber situation. Each agency collects data from the countries for which it is responsible, with Eurostat compiling information from EU Member States and EFTA countries.
