Slovakia

Calendar year.

We do not have special software related to the quality control mechanism. All quality control of such data is provided by our staff at strategic level regularly in the time of data provision - analysis of the reports from our common evidence system for residence permits (IS ECU). In the case of the errors (wrong inserted data to the IS ECU), those errors are sent to the basic units in order to correct the data (for instance, wrong citizenship, wrong purpose of the resident permit etc.).

We are still not able to provide statistics broken down by age and sex. The delivery of statistical data on resident permits for EUROSTAT, disaggregated by age and gender, will therefore be delayed, and unfortunately, we are unable to say when the obligation will be fulfilled for the moment.

data provided on time (the exact date of sent data can be seen on Edamis platform)

Not applicable since the data from the whole territory of the Slovak Republic are inserted to the one common information system for evidence of the residence permits (IS ECU) in real time. So in this regards, yes the data are comparable over the national territory.
