Data collection on intra-corporate transfers is based on Article 24 of Directive 2014/66/EU on the conditions of entry and residence of third-country nationals in the framework of an intra-corporate transfer.
The following datasets are collected under this framework:
Intra-corporate transferee permits issued, renewed and withdrawn by type of permit, length of validity and citizenship (migr_resict1_1);
Intra-corporate transferee permits issued by type of permit, economic sector and citizenship (migr_resict1_2);
Intra-corporate transferee permits issued by type of permit, length of validity, transferee position and citizenship (migr_resict1_3);
Intra-corporate notifications received by length of validity and citizenship (migr_resict2_1);
Intra-corporate notifications received by economic sector and citizenship (migr_resict2_2);
Permits for long-term mobility issued and notifications received by citizenship and first Member State of residence (migr_resict3).
Directive 2014/66/EU was transposed at national level, but the date is unknown.

6.1. Institutional Mandate - legal acts and other agreements
This metadata information is provided by the authorities of Lithuania to ensure compliance with the Article 24 of Directive 2014/66/EU on a single application procedure for a single permit for third-country nationals to reside and work in the territory of a Member State. As required, Member States must report to Eurostat on the data sources used, the reasons for the selection of these sources and the effects of the selected data on the quality of the statistics. Member States shall provide Eurostat with all the information necessary to evaluate the quality, comparability and completeness of the statistical information.
6.2. Institutional Mandate - data sharing
On national level, statistics concerning Article 24 of Directive 2014/66/EU is shared internally with relevant ministries, organizations etc.
On European level, data is shared with Eurostat and UNHCR.
