LEADER 2012_Cuisines across the Europe (Luchacovske Zalesi)
Across Europe there are lots of regional cuisines and the main aim of this project is to bring some orgiental, foereign cuisines, dishes to every participating LAG. We want to enrich local cuisines cooked in restaruants with specials from other regions of Europe.
Expected realization 2013. Expected list of activities: -Common cuisine workshop on public places (town square, parks, etc..) with cultural program (every LAG one or two workshops). There would be stands with meals from participating LAGs. -Common chefs stay, where chefs would learn dishes from other LAGs and also they would teach others on how to prepare dishes from their LAG. -Prepare common cookbook witht eh best recipes from participating LAGs -Marketing of the project and maybe lont-lasting partnership -Promotion of the cooperating LAG regions
