The aim is to develop concrete models and products in order to dissolve segregation, not just awareness raising and influencing attitudes. Transnational cooperation will bring added value and models can be mainstreamed elsewhere. The DP has central actors with regard to the area and the contents. The target group participation has also been secured. The project has anticipation and preventive aspects, it will affect training structures; therefore a great deal of the employment effects of the project will be seen in the long run.
