This project deals with two aspects of Inclusion a) to create a cooperation with employers and employers organisations to create mutural understanding b) support employment for persons with Disability in open labour market to emphase Inclusive Diversity.

The project goal is to combat discrimination of persons with disability in the working life. The innovative element of the project idea is that it starts and focuses on the role of the employer and local working conditions. This means a change in both attitude among recruitment personnel and employment practice.

The innovative element oft the process is that it focuses on the role of the employer and the local working conditions of the teoretical background "Management Diversity" wich is used in enterprices. The innovation is also in seminars and information to employers to emphase the diversity in culture och enterprices. The project create an Inclusive Diversity model.

Inclusive Diversite promotes tolerance and equality between gender persons with disability and persons of different age through inclusion. The aktivities in the project involve all the organisations. In the project seminars, meatings and analizing are possibilities to influence in the process. Through the whole project is realised self evaluation. The project uses also an external evaluator.

The steeringgroup and the managmentgroup, the projectleader and the projectsecretary in corporation with all partners involved guarantee the empowerment. The lasting developement is guaranteed by perspectives from local, regional, national and international levels.Also thyrough questionaries, mapping and discussions give partners the opportunities to empowerment.
