Process- oriented
The project will challenge the development partners, target group, the NGO:s and the authorities into a 3- years learning process which demands plenty of efforts and attitude change.

Goal-oriented
The target group roma people have very little modern working models
for the youth. The goal to employ 30 roma adults into school environment serves as new cultural model for roma families. The roma adults act also as mediators of this working adult of their own culture for the students at school.

Context- oriented
The Development of a new model to support the roma students by training roma adults is partly applying already existing training courses but also creating new additional courses taking the roma cultural features into account.
