The purpose of the partnership is to achieve of involvement of all kinds
of handicapped people in their own economical activity (with their
active cooperation) and on the other hand to bridge over existing
institutional barrier and to force and accelerate enforcement of the
needed legislation. In accordance with many European documents is
cooperative form of entrepreneurship held as one of pillars of social
economy in Europe.

The main benefit of DP and the project will be use and verification of
coordination and cooperation od particular existing as well as new tools.
The main benefit will be coordinated, synergic excercise of support of
unused abilities of the target group, the use of tools for support of
SME and tools of employment policy with maximum use of local as well as
foreign experiences in real social and commercial environment. Based on
management of people from the target group to be self-confident and
independent, able to use services provided, people which are aware of
their own possibilities.
The existing system is not complex and it is
inefficient.

The target group are handicapped people in productive age with work
potential. The aim is to get maximum of these people in equal and
stabil work and social integration related with their own entrepreneur
involvement. Secondary, to support legislative and institutional changes
in this area in accordance with the EU principles.
The target group are primary people, which due to their handicap cannot
find any work excercise, even if they are in productive age and have
residual work potential, that allows them to be employed in free or
sheltered labour market in adapted conditions, and they have elementar
entrepreneur potential.
Pearsons in evidence of labour offices, which are unemployed due to
above mentioned and another barriers (loss of original proffession,
structural changes, market globalization etc.)
Persons, which are beneficiaries of social services and they fulfil the
basic conditions (see above).
Graduates of common special schools and institutions, which fulfil basic
conditions, but don´t have employment.
The target group is secondary also subjects of SME (potential employers
of the target group), non-state non-profit organizations providing
social services, as well as smaller municipalities, which might have
better sensibility for outputs of the partnership and the project.
