The main objective of the formation of the DP BUDOUCNOST is to create a
complex modular system that will try to solve problems of unemployed
people without education or with only primary education. They face the
danger of being excluded from the labour market and long term
unemployment.

The general objective of the DP is to create a complex modular system
which will be actively solving problems of the target group in order to
ensure better entrance into the education system and better entrance to
the labour market
The specific objectives are:
1. Analyzing and defining barriers,
reasons and causes of non satisfactory situations regarding long term
unemployment of the target group regions of Most and Karviná with
special regard to gender mainstreaming.
2. Forecast the future
qualification needs of employers in the regions of Karviná and Most.
3. Create special Integrated Centers which will be the basis of realizing
preventive, motivational and educational activities for qualification
using the formalisation of formal and informal education aimed on the
reintegration on the labour market.
4. Create new tailor made
education, qualification and consultancy programmes for the target
groups.
5. Piloting newly developed motivation, consultancy and
educational programmes and instruments.
6. Ensure the possiblity of
obtaining experience in practise for the target group since this group
is handicaped by the absence of relevant working experience.
7.Create
a communication network on local and national level which will be
supporting the exchange of experience and knowledge.
8. Mainstreaming
and dissemination of best practices and output.

exchange experience and best practices on how to help young people
